Houston: Product Support Sales Representative
Location: Work Hours: Responsibilities:	Houston 1st Shift This position is responsible for selling parts and service offerings to users of cranes and related equipment, operating within Holt Crane & Equipment’s defined geographical territory. Sells efforts will be performed alone and in collaborative fashion, involving Holt Crane & Equipment Sales, Parts, and Service personnel. The holder of this position is responsible for engaging customers and teammates in a safe, ethical, and professional manner and will seek solutions that meet customers’ needs as well as organization and departmental objective
Requirements:	This position requires a self-motivated, energetic, detail minded individual with good analytical skills. Additional Requirements: Must work effectively with customers and staff Must have excellent communication skills Must work effectively on an independent basis under sales commission structure College degree preferred Utilization of lap top computer will be required Must have crawler and hydraulic crane experience

Houston: Crane Technician - Shop
Location: Work Hours: Responsibilities:	Houston 1st Shift This position is responsible for performing safe, professional, high-quality and timely inspections, diagnosis, repair, loading/unloading, make-ready, and manuerving of cranes and related equipment primarily in a shop environment. Work will be performed alone or in teams to provide high-quality mechanical services that meet customers’ needs and achieve organizational and departmental objectives.

Houston: Service Coordinator
Location: Responsibilities:	Houston This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the service department. Primary duties include answering incoming phone calls, issuing and obtaining purchase orders, supply procurement, coding invoices for payment, gathering work order information, facilitation of work order closings, communications with customers, coordinating warranty claims, preparing written correspondence, report creation and distribution and assisting the service manager in developing more effective and efficient processes and proceedures. Additional duties include administrative support for the General Manager of HCE.
Requirements:	This position requires a self-motivated, well-organized individual who can work effectively with a variety of people. Must be able to: Assimilate a broad range of information Schedule priority work effectively Work successfully with minimal supervision Work in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements: PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum of 2 years secretarial/clerical experience
