This position is responsible for creating, reviewing and maintaining all sales and rental invoices and agreements with accuracy and timeliness as well completing commission computations and administrative duties. Primary duties include:

• Collecting, reviewing, and processing rental / lease agreements and supporting documentation
• Computing and processing sales/rental commissions in accordance with Holt Crane & Equipment (HCE) policies and procedures
• Establishing and maintaining machine history files, machine library information, and EMS text updates and entries
• Timely and accurate reporting to management and other duties as assigned

This position requires a self-motivated, well-organized individual who can work effectively with a variety of people including co-workers and customers. Must be able to assimilate a broad range of information, effectively schedule priority work and work on multiple projects at one time, as well as work successfully with minimal supervision.

• 3 – 5 years business administration experience required
• PC literate, proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite required
• Knowledge of or ability to learn equipment sales software and basic specifications of crane machinery
• College degree preferred

1st Shift

This position is responsible for performing high quality field service repair work on Link Belt Cranes in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work performed.

This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level. Must be able to:

• Perform complex repairs correctly
• Work alone with a limited amount of supervision
• Build strong customer service relations

Houston

This position is responsible for performing safe, professional, high-quality and timely inspections, diagnosis, repair5e , loading/unloading, make-ready, and maneuvering of cranes and related equipment primarily in a shop environment. Work will be performed alone or in teams to provide high-quality mechanical services that meet customers' needs and achieve organizational and departmental objectives.

• Must work effectively on an independent basis under a sales commission structure
• Hydraulic and crawler crane sales and rental experience required
• College graduate preferred
